Tips and tricks from 2015. Nothing too earth shattering, really, but here’s a short list of a few things that come to mind…
1) ask the locals. We have been lucky enough to either get really good guides or have known somebody from a country we we about to visit. I’m not too proud to admit that I love city tours, with a private guide. I personally think it’s the best investment you can make while on vacation. You see the musts and can then return at your leisure, or, you just learn more.
2) be nice and people will be nice to you. The little things we have received since living overseas, just for being nice, genuine and caring, it warms my heart.
3) honey is a great replacement for maple syrup when making Pumpkin Protein French Toast for example.
